The Next League Program has published an independently reviewed audit of EB-1A petition outcomes covering petitions filed from January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2025. Audit Methodology
The Next League Program audit covers activity from January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2025 and evaluates a cohort of approximately 276 participants selected from more than 3,000 applicants. As of the audit cutoff, 69 EB-1A petitions had been filed.
Petition outcomes were classified as approved without RFE, approved following RFE/NOID, denied, or pending. To prevent inflation of results, all five pending petitions were conservatively treated as non-approved in the primary statistical calculation.
The audit reviewed program records, petition outcomes, participant milestones, primary-source financial documents, affidavits, employer confirmations, industry benchmarks, and supporting evidentiary materials.
Samuel Rocereta, Esq., serving as Compliance Lawyer for Next League Executive Board LLC, certified the integrity, provenance, and legal compliance of the underlying data and evidentiary systems. Renjith Ramachandran, FBCS, SMIEEE, independently reviewed the statistical analysis, methodology, and mathematical derivations contained in the supplementary report.
For transparency, the report discloses that Rocereta serves as Next League’s Compliance Lawyer and that Ramachandran previously participated in the Next League Program. Neither reviewer had a financial interest in the outcome of any EB-1A petition or received separate compensation for this specific review.
The term “independent review” refers to the exercise of independent professional judgment and does not imply the absence of prior professional relationships.
The audit also discloses limitations including single-organization scope, potential participant self-selection, retrospective study design, and smaller subgroup sample sizes.
