4. Marketing and Communication Choices

We may send administrative communications relating to a transaction, account, event, program, or service you requested. These communications are not promotional and may be necessary to provide the requested Service.

Where required, we will obtain your consent before sending promotional communications by email, telephone, SMS, or other channel. You may withdraw consent or opt out at any time by:

  • Using the unsubscribe link in an email
  • Following the opt-out instructions in the communication
  • Replying “STOP” to an SMS where that option is available

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies to:

  • Operate and secure the website
  • Remember preferences and settings
  • Understand website traffic and user interactions
  • Measure the performance of content, campaigns, and communications
  • Improve our Services
  • Provide or measure advertising, where permitted

Some technologies are necessary for the website to function. Others may be used for analytics, functionality, or advertising. You may manage cookies through available website controls or your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect the availability or operation of certain features.

Some browsers and devices offer “Do Not Track” or opt-out preference signals. Because there is not one universally accepted standard for all such signals, our response may vary. Where applicable law requires recognition of a legally valid opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, we will process the signal as required.

6. How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose personal information, where reasonably necessary, to:

A. Employees and Contractors

Authorized employees, personnel, and contractors who require the information to perform services or operate our business.

B. Service Providers

Vendors that provide website hosting, cloud storage, customer relationship management, payment processing, accounting, email, SMS, telecommunications, analytics, advertising, cybersecurity, event management, webinar, document-management, and technical-support services.

C. Professional Advisers

Lawyers, accountants, auditors, compliance professionals, consultants, and other professional advisers where reasonably necessary.

Courts, regulators, law-enforcement agencies, government authorities, or other parties where disclosure is required or permitted by law, necessary to comply with a legal process, or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, property, or the integrity of our Services.

E. Business Transactions

Relevant parties and advisers in connection with a proposed or completed merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, transfer of services, or similar business transaction.

Other parties when you direct us to disclose information, provide consent, or intentionally make information public.

We require service providers to handle personal information only for authorized purposes and to protect it appropriately, subject to applicable law and contractual arrangements.

7. Sale and Sharing of Personal Information

We do not sell personal information for monetary compensation.

We may use analytics or advertising technologies that disclose certain device or usage information to third parties. Depending on the jurisdiction and the technology involved, some of these disclosures may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or use for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising under applicable privacy law. Where required, we will provide an appropriate method to opt out and will honor legally valid opt-out preference signals.

Our Services may interact with or contain links to websites, applications, payment processors, social-media services, webinar providers, or other platforms operated by third parties. Those parties may independently collect and process personal information under their own terms and privacy policies.

For example, LinkedIn may process information when you view, register for, or participate in an event hosted through its platform. We are not responsible for the privacy or security practices of an independent third party. We encourage you to review the applicable third-party privacy policy before providing information.

  • Provide the requested Services
  • Maintain program, transaction, consent, and communication records
  • Comply with legal, regulatory, professional, accounting, and contractual obligations
  • Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims
  • Prevent fraud, misuse, and security incidents
  • Resolve complaints and disputes

The applicable retention period depends on the nature and sensitivity of the information, the purpose for which it was collected, the duration of our relationship, legal or contractual requirements, and relevant limitation periods. When information is no longer reasonably required, we will delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it, subject to lawful retention requirements.

10. Data Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, acquisition, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

If a data breach occurs, we will investigate and provide notifications as required by applicable law.

These rights may be subject to exceptions and limitations under applicable law. To submit a request, contact support@nextleagueprogram.com and describe the right you wish to exercise.

We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and authority before acting on a request. If an authorized agent submits a request on your behalf, we may require proof of the agent’s authority and may need to verify your identity directly.

We will respond within the period required by applicable law. If we deny a request, we will provide an explanation and information about any available appeal process where required.

12. California and Other U.S. State Privacy Disclosures

Residents of California and certain other U.S. states may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws. The categories of personal information described in Section 1 are the categories we may have collected during the preceding 12 months, depending on the individual’s interactions with us. We collect, use, retain, and disclose these categories for the business and commercial purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of individuals under 16 years of age.

California residents may also request information regarding certain disclosures of personal information to third parties for their own direct-marketing purposes, where applicable. Requests may be submitted to support@nextleagueprogram.com.

Nothing in this section is intended to provide rights that do not apply under the relevant law or to limit rights provided by applicable law.

13. International Data Transfers

Next League is based in the United States. We and our service providers may process or store personal information in the United States and other countries, which may have different data-protection laws from those in your country of residence.

Where required by applicable law, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.

14. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are intended for adults aged 18 or older and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. A parent or legal guardian who believes that a child has provided personal information to us may contact support@nextleagueprogram.com.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
